ReelSermon is an AI-powered service that helps users create short-form video clips from sermon recordings. The service includes:
- Video and audio file upload and processing
- AI-powered transcription
- Automatic clip detection and suggestions
- Video editing and caption generation
- Export in various formats and aspect ratios
3. User Accounts
To use ReelSermon, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the videos, audio, and other content you upload to ReelSermon. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Generated Clips: Clips generated by our service are owned by you. You may use them for any lawful purpose.
Our Service: ReelSermon and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ReelSermon to:
- Upload content you don't have the right to use
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malware or malicious code
6. Subscription and Billing
Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features. No payment is required.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelSermon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any errors or omissions in the service
- Any content uploaded by you or other users
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
