Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "clip"?
The clip count covers clips created from recordings. Creating a new clip uses one credit. AI clips from written sermons have a separate allowance, shown in the app before you create one.
What video formats do you support?
Add a recording as MP4, MOV or WEBM, or import a supported link. You can also paste a written sermon or upload a Word, PDF or text file.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your dashboard and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
