Social Media Integrations and Revoking Access
ReelSermon uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. ReelSermon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect a social media account at any time from your profile page, which permanently deletes the stored access tokens. You can also revoke ReelSermon's access directly with the platform:
- Google/YouTube: Google security settings
- Instagram: Settings, then "Website permissions" or "Apps and websites" in your Instagram account
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications
To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@reelsermon.com
Data Retention and Deletion
Uploaded video files are automatically deleted 30 days after processing unless you choose to keep them. You can delete individual sermons and clips from your dashboard at any time.
To delete your account and all associated data (including videos, transcripts, clips, and any social media access tokens), email hello@reelsermon.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. Disconnecting a social media account from your profile page immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that platform.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@reelsermon.com.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how you use our service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
